Service Description
3 hours - This is a beginners class. Class may or may not take 3 hours depending on the season and what we will be canning! Canning is a method of taking in-season items and preserving for when they are out of season. We will cover the fundamentals below at a minimum: 1) What foods can safely be waterbathed 2) Safety precautions 3) Storage All materials will be provided, and we will send you home with a jar for your pantry!
