Service Description

3 hour class - The length of this class is partially due to how long it takes to pressure can a full batch. You'll want to be present during the entire process. We will cover at a minimum the fundamentals below: 1) What foods should I pressure can and why 2) Safety precautions 3) Storage requirements All materials will be provided, and we will send you home with your first jar for your pantry!
