3 hour class - The length of this class is partially due to how long it takes to pressure can a full batch. You'll want to be present during the entire process. We will cover at a minimum the fundamentals below:
1) What foods should I pressure can and why
2) Safety precautions
3) Storage requirements
All materials will be provided, and we will send you home with your first jar for your pantry!
Price is limited to 1-hour driving distance one-way.
